Firm failed to submit the reply to the show cause notice within the due date and firm representative confirmed that organization is not wiling to undertake the work against the LOAs. Debar/ blacklisting of M/s A-One Services for a period of 01 year from the date of issue of this letter, i.e. from 02/01/2026 to 01/01/2027 from participation in transport activities at Guwahati, Mumbai and Patna warehouse locations, for breach of contract in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
